The 1992 Phar-Mor U.S. National Championships were held in Columbus, Ohio on May 14-17. These were the first and only National Championships to be sponsored by Phar-Mor.

Format of Competition

There were two days of competition, where the all-around was contested on both days. The first day of competition served as the compulsory round.

These Championships also served as the qualifications into the Olympic Trials. The top 12 in the all-around moved onto the Olympic Trials.
