Ethiene Franco (born April 27 in Curitiba) is a retired elite Brazilian gymnast. She has represented Brazil at the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games. Her best event is uneven bars.

Franco was named to the Brazilian team for the 2008 Olympics. She helped Brazil qualify for the team final in seventh place, and finish eighth overall in the final. She did not make the all-around or any event finals.

Franco continued to compete after the Olympics, winning bronze on uneven bars and placing fourth on floor and seventh on beam at the Cottbus Challenge Cup in 2009. At the Maribor World Cup later that year, she again won bronze on bars, and placed fifth on floor and eighth on floor. At the Moscow World Stars, she won bronze on beam and floor, and placed fifth on bars and sixth on vault. She also placed sixth on bars at the Osijek World Cup and fourth on bars at the Stuttgart World Cup. In 2010, she placed fifth on bars at Moscow World Stars.

Franco was named to the Brazilian team for the 2012 Olympics. Unfortunately, Brazil did not make the team final and Franco missed the all-around and event finals. She retired after the Olympics.
