Jessica Gil Ortiz (born December 7, 1990 in Miami, USA) is a retired Colombian gymnast and 2012 Olympian. She trains at Universal Gymnastics in Miami but competes for Colombia.

Ortiz's first major competition was the 2009 World Championships in London. She qualified to the floor exercise final, a first for a Colombian gymnast. She performed second in the final, after Great Britain's Beth Tweddle. Her first pass, a double layout, was well-performed, but she landed on her head on her second pass. She was unable to finish her routine and had to be carried off the podium.

After the World Championships, Ortiz did not compete at the World Championships in Rotterdam or Tokyo. She did compete at the Pan American Games in Guadalajara. The Colombian team placed fourth in the team final. Individually, Ortiz placed ninth in the all-around and fifth in the vault final.

In January 2012, Ortiz represented Colombia at the London Olympic Test Event. She qualified as a single gymnast for the Olympics.

At the Olympics, Ortiz competed in subdivision four alongside the Russian, Chinese, and German teams. She placed forty-second in the preliminary all-around and did not qualify to the all-around final or any individual event finals.

Ortiz competed at the Mexico Open in October. She placed seventh in the all-around. She retired afterwards.
