Jiang Tong (Chinese: 蒋彤, pinyin: Jiāng Tóng, born August 8 in Tianjin) is a retired elite Chinese gymnast.
Career[]
2010[]
Jiang's international debut came at the Pacific Rim Championships. She won silver with the Chinese team, and placed seventh on vault and fifth on floor exercise. She went on to compete at the Paris World Cup, winning silver on vault, and placing fifth on beam and floor. At the Chinese Nationals that year, she won gold on vault.
2011-2012[]
In 2011, she competed at the Osijek World Cup, placing fifth on vault. The year after, she placed fourth on vault and sixth on floor at the Chinese Nationals. In the fall of 2012, she won silver on vault at the Chinese Individual Nationals.
2013[]
In 2013, she placed eighth on vault at the Chinese National Games. She was named to the Chinese team for the East Asian Games. There she won gold with her team, bronze on floor, and placed fourth on vault.
She officially announced her retirement at the 2017 Chinese National Games.[1]
