Lou Nina (Chinese: 楼妮娜; pinyin: Lóu Nīnà, born December 9, 1997 in Ningbo, Zhejiang) is a Chinese elite artistic gymnast. She is a member of the Chinese National team and represents the Zhejiang province. Her best events are balance beam and floor exercise.

Junior Career

Lou's national debut came at the 2011 Chinese Spring Nationals, where she won silver with her team and placed fourth on balance beam. She then competed at the 7th Intercity Games in Nanchang, where her team won gold. She then won silver on floor exercise at the Chinese Individual Championships.

Lou made her international debut at the 2012 Pacific Rim Championships, where she placed second on beam and sixth on floor. Later, she competed at the Spring Nationals and won silver on beam. In November, she competed at the Élite Gym Massilia in France and won bronze on floor exercise. She also competed at the Chinese Individual Nationals, winning silver on balance beam.

Senior Career


2013 was marred by injuries, so Lou's senior debut came at the 2014 Chinese Nationals, where she won team gold. At the Chinese Individual Nationals in November, she won bronze on floor exercise and placed fourth on balance beam.


At the Chinese National Championships in June, she placed fourth with her team.
