Sabrina Gill (born June 7, 1996 in Mississauga) is a Canadian elite gymnast. She trains at Dynamo Gymnastics and is coached by former Soviet gymnast Elvira Saadi.

Career

Although Gill was not selected for the Canadian Olympic team, she did compete internationally for Canada in 2012. She competed at the Elite Gym Massilia in France, and won silver on vault in the Open Massilia and bronze on vault in the Master Massilia. She also competed at the Toyota International, where she won silver on uneven bars and bronze on floor exercise.

In 2013, Gill competed at the Comaneci International Invitational, placing fourth in the team final and third in the all-around. She was later announced as part of the lineup for the La Roche-sur-Yon World Cup. In March, Gill competed at the International Gymnix. She won silver in the all-around and bronze on uneven bars and balance beam.

Gill was announced as a competitor for the Mexico Open in November.[1] Prior to that, she competed at the Elite Gym Massilia. In the Open Team division, her team placed second in the all-around, vault, and bars, fourth on floor, and fifth on beam. Individually, Gill placed fourth on floor, fifth on vault, and ninth in the all-around. Her team's performance was good enough to qualify them for the Master Massilia. In the Team division, her team placed fifth on vault, beam and floor, sixth in the all-around, and seventh on bars. Individually, she placed seventh on bars and eleventh in the all-around. In Mexico, Gill placed tenth in the all-around.

Gill missed the entire 2014 season, but returned at the 2015 Elite Canada, winning the title on her only event, the uneven bars. Gill went on to repeat her success at the International Gymnix in March. At the City of Jesolo Trophy, she helped the Canadians to a team bronze medal and won an individual bronze on uneven bars. In June 2016, Gill competed at the Canadian National Championships, placing fifth on balance beam, sixth on uneven bars, seventh in the all-around and vault, and twelfth on floor exercise.
